Monitoring the behaviour and attitudes of the population regarding COVID-19 in Spain (2020-2022)

Goal: Having updated data on the response of the Spanish population to COVID-19. COSMO-SPAIN Project: WHO study coordinated by the Carlos III Health Institute.

“Fes sempre tres preguntes” (Always ask three questions) (2020-2021)
Founding: Xarxa HPH Catalunya
Goal: Communication campaign, based on the Ask Me 3© technique, aimed at health centres from the Catalan Hospitals and Health Centres Network to help them empower patients and raise awareness among health professionals so that they adapt their language when communicating. Work is also under way to create a multi-centre study, allowing the campaign impact to be measured in the centres.

Salud sin dudas – Salut sense dubtes [Health without doubts](2020-2021)
Founding: Xarxa HPH Catalunya
Objetive: Through the development of infographics, the centers that belong to the Xarxa Catalana d’Hospitals i Centers Promotors de la Salut will initiate a communication campaign on how to improve communication between health professionals and patients and caregivers. Also on what it means to be an organization that teaches health literacy, and what are the main characteristics for designing content on websites aimed at patients.
